Apex Furniture Manufacturing Company Limited warrants goods purchased from an Apex Furniture authorized dealer (original purchaser only) provided that the product was under normal usage and service.

The warranty will only cover goods purchased from an Apex Furniture authorized dealer.

All non-moving metal parts to be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of fifteen years from the original purchase date. Pneumatic cylinders, bases, casters and mechanisms are warranted for five years, fabric for two years.

Our obligation and purchaser’s claim pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement at our sole and exclusive option. There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

This warranty assumes 5 day 8 hour usage by individuals of 250 lbs or less, and will be made void by any other use. “Big & Tall” and “Intensive Use Seating” shall be warranted for normal usage for individuals of up to 350 lbs. Any unauthorized modification or repair of this chair shall void the above warranty.

Warning:

If a chair is damaged or unstable, it should be immediately removed from service.

Chairs equipped with dual wheel casters are intended for use on carpeted surfaces. Use on hard surface floors may result in unexpected rolling and tipping. If in doubt as to which casters your product has, please consult with an Apex dealer.

This warranty will not apply to any claim resulting from one or more of the following:

• 'Damage' resulting from normal wear and tear
• Damages caused by carrier
• Modifications, alterations, repairs or refurbishment not approved by Apex
• Non-standard materials selected by and used at the request of the user. (ie., C.O.M. fabric)
• Any natural variations occurring in wood or other materials of which Apex has no control
• Products used for rental purposes

Normal Service Instructions:

Chairs should be frequently inspected for visible cracks; any loose screws bolts and adjustable knobs should be tightended.
